Your Mission: You'll provide crucial support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and effective. Your role will include: Managing candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Logging applications efficiently Scheduling and coordinating interviews Sourcing, Screening and speaking to potential employees that could be a great fit for the organisation. Posting job adverts on relevant platforms i.e. LinkedInetc Providing timely feedback to candidates and agencies General recruitment administration duties Attending career fairs and recruitment events Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Your Growth Journey: This role isn’t static — your development path is in your hands.
