Job Description
We are looking for kind and caring people to join our caregiver team. We will match you with clients based on any similar interests or hobbies. Our award-winning training includes two Home Instead training days at our local training centre, client introductions with a care manager, and up to 3 shadow visits with an established team member. At Home Instead, we seek someone who can care for clients in a balanced way, providing both companionship and person-centred care.
You will get to know your clients' personalities, senses of humour, and interests.

No experience is necessary; our ideal caregiver may be someone starting a new career with a positive attitude. Experience working in care or caring for a family member is a plus. We provide all necessary training so you can confidently support each visit.
All we ask is that you are passionate about caring for others and pride yourself on being reliable and professional. Our clients appreciate caregivers who enjoy chatting over biscuits and a cuppa!
