Responsibilities:
* Support and develop all team members with progression planning
* Support the GM in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control
* Support the Supervisors with their day to day roles when needed
* Communicate effectively across the business
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday on a shift pattern of 7.30am - 4.30pm and 8am - 5pm.
Requirements:
* Sales and/or operational background
* Experience in leading and developing teams
* Can work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
