A small, but busy country house hotel with its own bustling restaurant, is looking for a Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous chef with a fresh food background to join their kitchen team for the summer.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
2. Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Contribute to menu planning and development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
