We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Marketing and Events team based in Nottingham.
About the role
This role reports to our Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for conceptualising and developing a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with our current Marketing strategy.
You will work as part of the Marketing and Events team based in Nottingham. We offer hybrid working (2 days at home and 3 days in the office). In this role you will get the opportunity to work across all teams in the company.
Full product, condition and service training will be given as a high level of knowledge is required.
Your responsibilities
* Support the Head of Marketing and Product Managers to execute the online marketing campaigns for Laryngectomy and Tracheostomy to boost brand visibility and engagement.
* Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote Atos Medical products and Atos Care. Own and deliver tactical campaigns/communications against key calendar and trading projections ensuring campaigns support the wider marketing strategy and deliver against objectives.
* Manage all aspects of our online marketing strategy, including social media, SEO, newsletters, lead generation, and brand building. Responsible for planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns through our different channels; social media, direct mailing, online events, our app and web.
* Implement digital strategies, manage social media campaigns, and analyse data to improve advertising effectiveness. Measure and report on the success of campaigns and provide recommendations to the Head of Marketing on future improvements for both outcomes and investments.
* Plan, develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
* Manage the day-to-day relationship with stakeholders and the marketing team as directed on the development, production, and implementation of marketing activities.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify the optimal content channels to communicate messaging for success.
* Build excellent relationships with in-house teams and external suppliers to brief, design and produce marketing materials across the whole marketing mix.
* Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns and activities.
* Accountable for executing full B2B and B2C omni-channel campaigns aligned with key strategic revenue drivers with a high sense of urgency and delivering high-quality standards within deadlines.
* Full ownership for setting and achieving campaign outcomes based on segmentation and reporting analysis to Head of Marketing.
* Work with Head of Marketing to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop digital marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
About you

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing.

* Ability to conceptualise a strategy into a tactical marketing plan.
* Understanding use of tone of voice to influence B2B and B2C markets.
* Proficient with digital and offline marketing.
