Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably with expertise in Polaris Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with libraries, metadata standards, or related fields is a plus.
