Our client, a well-respected and growing domiciliary care service, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Service Manager to lead their team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to their clients within the community.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and fostering a positive and supportive working environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services, ensuring they meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.
* Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
* Develop and maintain effective care plans, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation.
* Monitor and respond to client feedback, addressing concerns and implementing improvements as necessary
* Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
* Develop and implement effective staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet client needs.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to care staff, promoting their professional development.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money.
* Liaise with external agencies, including healthcare professionals, social services, and families.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the service's business plan.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for service growth and development.
Essential Requirements:
* A recognised degree or professional qualification in health or social care (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Health and Social Care Management).
* Proven experience in a management role within the domiciliary care sector.
* A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in domiciliary care.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent IT skills.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience of managing budgets and resources.
* Experience of business development in the domiciliary care sector.
* Relevant management qualifications.
