About This Role
The Customer Marketing Lead will be at the heart of all customer campaigns, content, and events. This is a collaborative role working closely with various teams to drive our customer marketing strategy forward.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Plan: Develop and execute the annual customer marketing plan, creating engaging campaigns that support upsell/cross-sell initiatives and foster customer loyalty.
* Create Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote SD Worx's full suite of offerings, services, and product features to our existing customer base.
* Enhance Customer Engagement: Amplify customer stories across platforms (social media, web), enhance engagement among the existing customer base, and promote the latest product features and releases.
* Manage Customer Reference Library: Own our testimonial and case study library, ensuring effective management and tracking of customer reference status, preferences, activities, and measurable impact.
* Support Events and Speaking Opportunities: Support planning, management, and delivery of virtual and physical events, including webinars, trade shows/conferences, and owned events for our customers.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a Tech, HR, or B2B SaaS environment. Key skills include:
* Strategic thinking and proactive attitude
* Strong content marketing skills with exceptional written and verbal communication
* Experience using email service providers (Pardot or equivalent) to manage mailing campaigns
* Very strong verbal and written communication/proofreading skills
