Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Group Facilitator located in Farnham. The Group Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and leading group activities, facilitating group discussions, and ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for participants. The role includes coordinating with other professionals, providing feedback and support to participants, and maintaining records of the sessions. The Group Facilitator will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the group activities and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience in organizing and leading group activities would be helpful but training will be given.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to provide emotional support and feedback to participants
* Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
* Empathy, patience, and understanding of dementia and other related conditions
