Digital Marketing & Insights Executive

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Insights Executive to join a dynamic marketing team, supporting multiple locations across the UK. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a passion for insights, performance analysis, and customer engagement.
The Role
Analyse paid media, website, and email performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
Deliver actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Lead data-driven customer insights, running surveys and reporting trends to enhance marketing strategies.
Develop monthly marketing reports to track key performance metrics and campaign success.
Support email marketing execution, from writing and designing templates to testing and reporting.
Assist with website updates, form creation, and landing pages.
Work closely with sales, membership, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
Occasionally travel to locations (1-2 times per month) to support on-site initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics, insights, and campaign performance.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, web analytics, and CRM tools.
Experience in prospect generation and performance marketing.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo preferred but not essential).
Basic understanding of HTML and website content management.
Highly detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and able to work remotely for most of the week.
