About the Commercial Mortgage Administrator Role As a Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will be the backbone of the client journey, ensuring seamless management of the mortgage process from start to finish. Supporting the business on a specialist portfolio, you will handle key client relationships, manage the application process, and oversee administrative duties with precision.This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in commercial lending or specialist buy-to-let mortgages—perhaps an ex-broker or a seasoned paraplanner. Commercial Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, including a major client that represents a significant portion of the business. Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with lenders, clients, and valuers to chase valuations, gather information, and progress cases efficiently. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements. The Commercial Mortgage Administrator Package Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata for part-time). Working hours: Full Time or Part-time (4 days a week). Location: Remote, Near London 2-week training period in North London. Flexibility to meet in person if required, so candidates should ideally be based in or near North London.
