Role Purpose:
The core mission of the Learner Engagement Administrator is to effectively manage all starts in line with daily KPI’s for all Initial Guidance Consultants across England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the sales teams as well as PDM’s/Coaches and the Claims Team to ensure processes run effectively to meet daily KPI’s.
• Review and update reports to meet daily KPI’s
• Process rejections in a timely manner to meet daily KPI’s
• Prioritise own workload to meet daily KPI’s
• Work on multiple tasks at the same time to ensure all KPI’s are met
Skills Required:
* Excellent attention to detail is essential
* Act in a professional manner consistently
* Clear and concise communication Skills
* Ability to work well as part of team and on own initiative
* Excellent IT skills
Salary and benefits:
Salary £22,000pa
