Data Analyst Trainer / Lecturer - Hybrid Remote / Manchester working
FIND are working with a very unique Technical Higher Education & Degree Apprenticeship provider, to help them expand their Manchester based Data & AI training team.

They’re looking to hire a Data Analyst Trainer into their team, who’ll be responsible for owning, shaping & delivering their degree apprenticeship programmes within Data Analytics &/or Data Science (your choice!)
This will be a hybrid role, that allows you to work both from home, and their Manchester campus.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high-quality modules within your specialist area, using both in-person and remote teaching methods.
* On-going development, design &/or ownership of future modules / programmes within your specialist area
* Oversee the quality and consistency of module delivery, supporting fellow educators and maintaining high teaching standards.
* Develop and assess assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback to apprentices and offering additional support where needed.
* Supervise a caseload of final-year apprentices as they complete their dissertations.
* Work collaboratively to ensure apprentices from all backgrounds receive the necessary support to succeed.
* Align teaching content with the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) outlined in relevant apprenticeship standards.
Requirements:
* Previous Teaching / Lecturing experience (Lecturer / Tutor / Trainer / Teacher / Educator / Professor / Instructor)
* Experience teaching Data Analytics OR Data Science
* Experience training or working as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
* SQL & Python experience
Starting salary is £48,000 - £55,000
