Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and handling inquiries.
4. Assist in recruitment processes by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
5. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
6. Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
7. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and promote a positive work culture.
8. Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
9. Previous experience in a HR administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
10. Ideally from a Manufacturing Background.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
14. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
15. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively.
