A dynamic document solutions business headquartered in the City of London is currently looking for a Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join its team ASAP! This is a hybrid working role, 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Responsibilities:
* Providing accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
* Producing month end and year end journals, reconciliations
* Preparing annual statutory and monthly management accounts
* Contributing to annual budgeting and planning process
* Managing capital expenditure
* Producing financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
* Running monthly payroll using Sage 50 and submitting pensions to Aviva
* Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
* Leading, managing, guiding and motivating a finance team
Qualifications:
* Qualified/part qualified in ACCA or CIMA
* Experience from a similar position
* Can do Payroll using Sage 50 and submit pension to Aviva
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills
* Experience managing a finance team
