Our service aims to help adults to continue to live at home, where your role will be to assess and manage a caseload of patients, on an inpatient ward, with varied and complex needslocatedacrossWestBerkshire.

The ideal candidate willbea registered Occupational Therapist with an interest in the rehabilitation of older adults, have great organisational skills and enjoy team working
• The post will be part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team within an inpatient setting which will offer assessment and treatment for patients in thewestof Berkshire.
• Toprovidesupervisionguidance to band 3 and 4 support workers in the therapy team. To make recommendations to the wider MDT and to support witheducation of students.
• Toidentifyservice developments, needs, contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of the service and have responsibility for defined projects.
• Tobe responsible fora complex caseload using an interdisciplinary, patient focused rehabilitative approachwith support from the senior therapists

The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
1. Degree in Occupational Therapy along with HCPC registration
1. A passion forworkingin a rehabilitation or intermediate care setting
1. Car driver &possessfull driver’s license to be able to drive in the UK.
