We are looking for an authentic and driven Nights Receptionist to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!
Contract: 24-hour per week
Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel brings together traditional Edinburgh architecture with an exciting and fresh indoor feel, offering our guests a modern luxurious stay. Welcoming locals to relax in our Garden area, experiencing mouth-watering food in BABA restaurant, or guests from far and wide being pampered in our state-of-the-art Spa – we cover it all!
As a Nights Receptionist, we will support you to:

2. Lead yourself – we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!
3. Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!
What do you need to be a Nights Receptionist?
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests.
2. Ensuring late arrivals are met with a warm welcome.
3. Performing ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Availability to work 3 days per week.
2. Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial.
3. Confidence working on Hotel systems, experience with Opera specifically is a big plus.
4. A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
