Role Specifics:
1. Coordinate product data enhancement projects, to improve engagement metrics throughout the customer journey.
2. Coordinate product visual selector creation and maintenance to improve engagement metrics and lead generation throughout the customer journey.
3. Coordinate digital customer experience web activities.
4. Create project plans and track progress with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Track KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
6. Analyse results and make recommendations.
Job Holder Requirements:
1. Degree, preferably in Digital, Marketing, or Business.
2. Strong data analysis & automation skills.
3. Passionate about digital, technology, and innovation.
4. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time working with numerous stakeholders.
5. Team player, collaborative, excellent relationships, ability to influence.
6. Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make recommendations.
7. Knowledge/experience of digital media platforms & KPIs a plus.
8. Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Hours and Benefits:
* 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility on location as well as start and finish times.
* Up to 15% pension.
