Key Responsibilities include:
Test Execution & Data Collection – Perform tests on products, document results, and identify failures.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance – Configure, calibrate, and maintain test systems.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution – Diagnose and resolve test-related issues, escalating when necessary.
Automation & Software Support – Run and refine automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
Process Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all testing follows regulatory and company standards.
Support & Collaboration – Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Continuous Improvement – Suggest and implement enhancements to test procedures and methodologies.
Training & Knowledge Sharing – Assist in training production personnel on test procedures and equipment.
Experience and Requirements:
Minimum level of junior Technician in production or assembly, preferably in a highly regulated or controlled environment.
Technical Skills: Some level of electrical background and experience with automated test equipment (training available).
Growth Mindset: Interest in learning and career development within test engineering.
Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work with project, quality, and manufacturing teams effectively.
Initiative & Curiosity: Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to ask questions and put forward ideas.
Security Clearance Eligibility – Must be capable of obtaining SC clearance and be a sole UK national due to security requirements.
