Fixed Term Contract for three months.
Job Purpose
Working as part of a team, to ensure the smooth running of the plants Administration sections.
Role Accountabilities
* Collate production figures to produce a financial pack with the use of system reports and manual stock counts
* Data Input & order processing
* Coordinate Cap-ex orders and expenditure
* Process and reconcile intercompany transfers
* Procurement control
* Prepare and report all site accounting information
* Logging haulage information, UK & EU
* Perform general office duties (managing the phone, supplies, mail, filing, photocopying etc.)
* Research accounts receivable issues
* Ensure supplier invoicing, credits, GRNIs, overheads and receipting as required
* New vendors & Bacs / Chaps request
* Supporting colleagues with Admin processes and procedures
* Other duties as required
Must Haves
* Administrative qualifications or equivalent experience
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
* A friendly and professional demeanour
* The ability to interpret, analyse and present data
* Excellent attention to detail
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and alone
* The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
* Comprehensive I.T. Skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel)
* A flexible approach to work
Hours
* 37.5 Hours per week
* Shift pattern - Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00, Friday 8.30 - 14.30
