As a Product Coordinator, you will support the team by managing project documentation, coordinating activities, and ensuring deadlines are met. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. You will assist with project planning, track progress, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency. This full-time role is based in Barton-Upon-Humber, with occasional travel to other Wren locations Main Responsibilities: Documentation & Reporting involves maintaining project records, schedules, and reports. Communication means acting as a key contact to ensure smooth collaboration. Tracking includes monitoring timelines, identifying issues, and supporting updates. Process Improvement involves enhancing workflows and efficiency. Stakeholder Support includes preparing documents and assisting with meetings. Design & Creation focuses on developing prebuilt unit blocks to industry standards. Collaboration means working with designers and stakeholders to refine functionality. Testing & Optimisation involves ensuring smooth integration and improving performance. Documentation includes maintaining clear project guidelines. Efficiency Improvements involve identifying and implementing better workflows.
