Digital Marketing Manager Job - Birmingham.
Are you passionate about performance-based marketing? Do acronyms like PPC, SEO, and CRO sound like music to your ears? If so, you're probably the paid marketer we are looking for! We're working with one of the UK's leading financial service organisations seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in a newly created role, heading up the development of their paid strategy.
The role is very heavy on paid advertising across both Google and META, at least in the first 6 - 12 months with initial budgets at around £600k but with a desire for them to double. You will also be responsible for an agency spend of almost £2m and must have experience in SEO strategy, web UX/UI, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and wider marketing strategies.
The position is home-based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team-building events a year.

Ability Required:
* Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting, CRO, and SEO
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with GDPR, PECR, and other relevant regulations
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
