This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Group Marketing Manager, providing group support to various sister companies, strong organisational skills along with some database and analytical skills. It requires project management and communication skills along with a positive, proactive attitude to promote good teamwork.
This role reports directly to the Group Marketing Manager and will require some travel to breakfast meetings, workshops and exhibitions.
Main duties/responsibilities
1. Content writing for industry magazines, press releases, blogs, website content, product descriptions
2. Writing creative briefs and briefing designers
3. Proof reading company literature and documents
4. Undertaking market research
5. Involvement in the creation, print and stock of printed literature. This includes liaising with printers and mailing houses
6. Organising Breakfast Meetings and Workshops
7. Organise CPD points for customers after events
8. Attending breakfast Meetings and Workshops – shared between both executives
