Are you looking for a fun Customer Service role on behalf of a well known hospitality brand with weekly pay?
This position starts on the 18th November with a few weeks of office based training in Ringwood before you can work Hybrid shifts. Expected to last till mid January.
You will be handling a variety of customer queries, from day-to-day booking enquiries, to membership and corporate bookings. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and members. You’ll be assisting with a wide range of queries from day-to-day booking queries to screen times and special events. You will ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered across a variety of contact channels at all times.
This role requires you to work 5 Working days Wednesday To Sunday, with Saturday & Sunday mandatory
8.5-hour shifts between 9.30am and 6pm
£11.55 per hour
