We are recruiting for a Finance Support Administrator to join a well-established finance-based company in Watford. As a Finance Support Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing the Customer and Dealer agreements in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to UK policies and procedures as outlined on a deal by deal basis. Free parking and free local bus pass Key Responsibilities; · Review contracts to pass to the Payouts team for activation and payout · Handling incoming contract documentation and queries received via post, e-mail or integrated digital systems. · Ensuring all paperwork is present and correct in line with policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary. · Complete customer due diligence, fraud and compliance related checks prior to activation. · Maintain turnaround time for receiving documents to first stage check on a programmatic basis. · Complete key milestones ensuring all relevant regulatory examinations are successfully passed within given time frames. · Engage in Digital transformation, supporting the business to evolve towards a digital future enabling faster more efficient funding for customers. · Create and maintain relationships with key stake holders, internal and external to resolve queries.
