Description Seckford Foundation - Woodbridge IP12 4JJ £26,633 pro rata (£19,019 per annum) 25 hours per week (9.30am – 2.30pm, Monday – Friday) 52 weeks per year Permanent Reference: 0856 An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Estates Team to support the foundation by monitoring compliance check submissions, managing the maintenance reporting system, and overseeing external lettings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role would be suitable to someone with a strong background in administration, ideally with experience in estates management, with excellent organisational skills, who can work within the required remits of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Care Quality Commission (CQC).
