Deputy Manager Recruitment
We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client to oversee two small dementia care homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with dementia care experience to step into a leadership role, working closely with the Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing day-to-day operations in both care homes
2. Supporting and supervising care staff
3. Ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
4. Assisting with care planning and assessments
5. Maintaining a safe, caring environment for residents with dementia
6. Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
2. Experience in dementia care
