This is a crucial role designed to act as the backbone of the team, requiring a highly organised individual with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
The position of POS Executive, based in London, is a dynamic and diverse role that will involve working closely with a range of stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Supplier Management: From briefing through to delivery, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring that briefs are met within deadlines and budgets.
2. Collaboration with Marketing & Store Teams: Maintaining strong communication and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and store operations.
3. Marketing Reporting & Data Analysis: Assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data.
4. Creation of Brand Assets: Managing the production of brand assets through agencies and the wider marketing team, including proofreading, liaising with external suppliers, and coordinating the delivery of new assets and products.
5. Market Research: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategies and campaigns.
6. Supporting New Store Openings: Helping with the operational execution of new store launches.
7. Business As Usual (BAU) Support: Providing ongoing support to the wider marketing team.
To be considered for the POS Executive role, you will bring the following experience and skills:
1. 2+ years' experience in retail marketing, either in-house or business-side.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
