Job Role: Emergency Operations Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £12.82 - £14.50

Staff partners are working with a local client in the Stevenage area responsible for the Operations Administrator.
1. Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and any other relevant duties.
2. Undertake secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy.
3. Keeps records of all patient arrivals.
4. Deals with enquiries/complaints from designated hospitals and patients concerning ambulance transportation.
5. Assist in the monitoring analysis of the service level agreement and liaise with the Customer Service Manager in providing a focused and reliable patient transport provision.
6. A working knowledge of the service level agreements.
7. Undertaking 'front of house' responsibilities as patient liaison for the Trust, when appropriate.
8. Good attention to detail.
