The Kaleidoscope Plus Group (KPG) has been championing mental health and wellbeing since 1973, with a vision to improve emotional health and transform lives across the UK.
We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to the emotional wellbeing support they need to lead a healthy and rewarding life, whether this is an individual in our Residential Home, a user of our Support Services, or someone going through one of our training programmes.
We have around 70 employees based in and around our Headquarters in West Bromwich.
Our Board is made up of committed Trustees from every walk of life, who control the management and administration of this amazing charity. We hold quarterly Board Meetings and each Trustee sits on one of our three committees – People and Culture, Finance Audit and Risk, Clinical Governance – who also meet quarterly.
As a Trustee, you will be genuinely driven by the work of KPG and able to display a commitment to our ethos, aims, and objectives. You will have the natural ability to operate at a strategic level and engage with a broad spectrum of people. Whilst the role is unpaid, you will benefit from Governance and Mental Health First Aid training.
