Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth by generating sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking. Sell a wide range of IT hardware solutions, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and components, to businesses across the UK and internationally. Leverage the support of a proactive marketing team to engage prospects and convert leads into long-term clients. Over time, transition into a hybrid role that combines business development and account management, ensuring sustained revenue growth through repeat business. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in IT sales, particularly in business development or new business acquisition. Experience in account management is advantageous but not essential— ongoing training and coaching are provided by an in-house sales trainer. A history of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to provide tangible evidence of achievements. Industry experience in IT hardware or electronics—previous experience selling HP, Lenovo, or Dell hardware would be a distinct advantage.
