Part qualified or starting on their ACCA / CIMA studies with finance experience to provide financial reporting and insight to the business, including subsidiary companies and joint ventures where required. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this role is based at our Runcorn office Hybrid working available on a 3 in / 2 WFH basis. Description · Completion of daily banking and daily cash reporting · Processing journals, and supplier recharges · Processing Weekly Payroll · Balance sheet reconciliations · Inter-company invoicing/invoice booking and intercompany account reconciliation · Support with ERP improvement projects · Support with the integration of acquisitions to the businesses systems and processes · Support the wider Continuous Improvement program, eg automation, simplification, enhancing reporting and processes. · Support for the Finance team with ad hoc reporting and processing as required. Profile · Strong communication skills with experience of communicating at a number of levels · Ability to work as part of a team offering support and guidance when necessary · Stakeholder/expectations management · Ability to show initiative and work independently when necessary · Continuous improvement focus particularly in analysis of system development opportunities · Experience of working in a high-volume transactional environment · Ability to work to regular month/quarter end deadlines with multiple outputs · Experience of working with Navision ERP/Oracle and Power BI desirable. Intermediate level Excel skills.
