Job Description

We are now seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our growing team at Scrutton Bland on a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will oversee the day to day HR operations, manage the HR team, lead key HR projects, and work closely with senior leadership to drive forward HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR processes, including employee relations, absence management, and policy updates. Provide expert advice on complex ER cases.
* Project Leadership: Manage key HR projects, including acquisitions/spoke integrations, TUPE processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Analyse HR data and offer insights to drive improvements.
* Reporting & Strategy: Deliver HR metrics to the Board, manage job evaluations and salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, finance, and operations to ensure HR practices align with business objectives. Represent People & Culture (P&C) in key internal meetings.
The Person
We are looking for someone who has…
* Extensive experience in HR operations, including managing complex ER cases.
* Strong project leadership skills, with specific experience in TUPE processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in data analysis to inform HR strategy and improvements.
