About the role
Following the retirement of a long-standing member of staff, Gateshead Council is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Feedback and Complaints Manager to join our Business and Assurance Team within Service Development. The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing a small team that receives and responds to customer feedback, complaints, and other service inquiries for Integrated Adults and Social Care Services and Children’s Social Care, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality response.
The post holder will be required to keep up to date with all relevant policy and legislative changes; therefore, a working knowledge of customer complaints, procedures, and statutory complaint legislation is essential.
