As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care.
As a centre of excellence, you will offer a person-centred approach to their independence and well-being. You will be responsible for getting the service users ready for surgery.
You will have your own caseload of work.
Main duties of the job
1. You will work independently as well as part of a team.
2. You will be responsible for your own caseload of patients and the care that they require in getting the group of patients ready for surgery in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework; you will motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement.

* Sound clinical knowledge in all aspects of pre-operative assessment.
