Who You Are: You are an experienced content planner and manager across email and website channels, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to writing and managing content briefs. Primary Objective of the Job: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting team, helping to deliver our brand campaigns through our key owned digital channels. The role will focus primarily on coordinating and briefing email campaigns while supporting the Digital Marketing Coordinator and the wider marketing team in executing brand and marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with our Ecommerce, Customer Strategy, and THG partner teams to drive customer engagement and sales. What You’ll Be Doing: • Support the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Ecommerce teams in planning and executing brand campaigns, tactical promotions, seasonal collections, and product launches across digital channels. • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to develop and execute content plans for online and email channels. • Assist in briefing and coordinating campaign assets for our international ecommerce partner. • Plan, brief, and coordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand guidelines. • Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging email creative and messaging. • Support various digital marketing tasks, including campaign analysis, asset management, and administrative duties. • Coordinate with the traffic manager to ensure briefs are delivered on time and assets are signed off through the creative review process. • Work alongside the Customer Strategy Team to monitor and report on email performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Support CRM initiatives by assisting with automated email journeys and customer loyalty programs. What You’ll Need: • 1 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a similar role. • Experience in brand and creative marketing across digital channels. • Strong knowledge of email planning and briefing. • Experience briefing content for ecommerce platforms, including homepages, landing pages, and content pages. • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Proficiency in using Asana or other workflow management tools. • Experience in briefing assets for other digital and social media channels (a plus). • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Confidence in liaising with stakeholders across the business (up to director level) and external suppliers. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
