About the role Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant Location: Blackburn Pay: £88 - £120 per day (via PAYE) Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Secondary School in Blackburn to appoint a positive and dedicated HLTA. Then we have the role for you We are looking for a HLTA who can; Plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability Assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting, including appropriate and stimulating learning resources, to enhance children’s learning Actively contribute to wider school life and understand the importance of being part of a wider school community Display high level of professionalism and integrity, and promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures Requirements Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or the willingness to work towards one GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) An enhanced DBS Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
