We offer a flexible work environment, including hybrid working arrangements with some travel required, primarily serving our clients in London.

What we offer:
We offer a genuine alternative to the big-4 and an amazing working culture that other consulting firms find hard to replicate.
As well as delivering impactful change for our clients, you will have the chance to take responsibility for initiatives that significantly influence the growth and direction of our business, working alongside senior leadership day-to-day. Everyone who works at Finyx understands how they personally are supporting our business and our clients. In return, we understand that they need to look after their children, drop their car at the garage, and go to the dentist. If they didn’t they wouldn’t be real people and our clients wouldn’t trust them to deliver! We trust our people to manage their lives and give them the autonomy to do so.
Above all, we want to create a happy and healthy place to work where the team are known to each other and have some fun along the way, working with others they respect and trust. This is acknowledged by our recent hires who have all been attracted to our open and collaborative culture.
If you’re inspired by the opportunity to contribute to an ambitious organisation with a meaningful mission, please reach out directly for an informal conversation.
