We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. If you are driven, compassionate, and have, or are working towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, we would love for you to be part of our team!

Salary & Hours:
* £12.10 - £13.10 per hour
* Up to 48 hours per week, with flexibility for full or part-time hours
* Shift patterns available: 07:45 - 20:00 or shorter shifts: 07:45 - 14:00

Role & Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Oversee and support the care team, ensuring that care standards are maintained and improved.
* Medication Administration: Manage medication rounds, with full training provided.
* Care Plan Development: Review and update individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and reflect resident needs.
* Promote Wellbeing: Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, fostering a high standard of care and comfort.
