It's an exciting time for our Community Respiratory Service as we continue to build on our successful model. CRS services work with patients in their homes across the High Weald, Lewes and Havens communities to support and manage their COPD and respiratory conditions.
Our multidisciplinary teams work flexibly to provide a 5-day service, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. They deliver:
* Detailed care plans, treatment management and oxygen prescribing in the home
* A comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation program
* Support and advice in managing their long-term respiratory condition at home
We are looking for Nursing Associates to join us, so if you're an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to be part of a team providing excellent cutting-edge community care, we'd love to hear from you!

You will need to be able to drive with a full UK licence with access to a car due to the geographic area covered by the team.
