We have an opportunitywith a central government client as a Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)
Youll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and how do I questions.
Responsibilities:
Provide support at the Tech Bar.
Assist with hardware and software issues.
Be an expert on specific tech products.
Develop training programs and create help guides.
Skills and Experience:
Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
Technologies: Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
People Skills: Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
