Maintaining a Welcoming Atmosphere: Creating a positive and inviting environment for guests. Scanning Tickets/Verifying Guest Lists: Checking tickets or guest lists to ensure proper entry. Assisting with Other Tasks: May be required to assist with other tasks as needed, such as answering phones or taking coat checks. Working with Other Staff: Collaborating with other hospitality staff, such as servers or bartenders, to ensure a smooth operation. Knowledge of the Venue: Being knowledgeable about the venue, including menus, events, and amenities.
