2. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health & safety, and quality standards within your section.
3. Coordinate and deliver on customer visits and audits, showcasing the company's commitment to excellence.
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
5. Effectively manage resources to meet KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
6. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimise production processes.
What You Will Bring
1. Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
