The Head of Private Networks will lead the Private Networks division within Integrum Power Engineering, overseeing all HV (High Voltage) Infrastructure design and build projects, Small Works projects, and Operations and Maintenance contracts.
This senior-level role will sit on the Business Management Team and play a critical part in strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the successful delivery of private network projects.
The Head of Private Networks will be responsible for driving growth, expanding the companys offerings, and attracting new clients. Additionally, the Head of Private Networks will manage the Private Networks Profit Centre, ensuring financial performance and profitability.
What does the role entail?
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Private Networks division, aligning with overall business objectives.
* Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HV Infrastructure, Small Works, and Operations and Maintenance projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality standards.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private networks sector, expanding the companys portfolio and attracting new clients.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the private networks project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all private networks projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
* Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the private networks division and manage the Private Networks Profit Centre, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and profitability targets are met.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve project processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the Business Management Team, providing insights into project performance and strategic initiatives.
What do you need to be considered?
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in private networks project management within the engineering and construction industry.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and business development in the private networks sector.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
* PMP or similar certification preferred.
