We are seeking a diligent Credit Controller to join our Property Management and Accounts teams. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial health. Let’s talk about the Credit Controller role. It involves: Proactively monitor and manage outstanding payments from tenants and landlords, ensuring timely collections. Initiate and oversee recovery processes, collaborating with external agencies when necessary. Accurately input and maintain invoices within our financial systems. Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generate comprehensive reports on arrears and credit control performance for senior management review. Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve payment issues. Identify opportunities to enhance credit control procedures and implement effective solutions.
