The Role As a Resilience Officer, you will support the LRF Team Manager in delivering critical workstreams, coordinating multi-agency partnerships, and improving emergency preparedness across the region. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver LRF projects, training, and exercises. Support and coordinate LRF Executive and Working Group meetings. Research, analyse, and present data to inform decision-making. Oversee emergency response protocols and develop innovative approaches to resilience. Build strong partnerships with LRF members and stakeholders. Represent the LRF at regional and national meetings. Provide on-call support to Tactical or Strategic Coordination Groups during incidents. Why NFRS? Take a flexible approach to work and have a valid and full driving licence – you will be expected to work across the County and also undertake some additional travel to regional and national meetings.
