Job Title: Sales Administrator
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
Location: South Leicestershire – Office Based
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
SF Recruitment’s Professional Services division is excited to be recruiting exclusively for a growing organisation in South Leicestershire.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client’s team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing first-class support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Sending out marketing materials, updates, and customer communications.
Liaising with external partners to gather and process essential documentation.
Keeping internal systems up to date with sales activity, including new releases, reservations, and completions.
Producing reports to support the senior sales team with insights and performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong administrative experience, ideally within a sales environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
