We're Hiring: Service Administrator
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team? North Oxford Garage are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Aftersales team! If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in an administrative role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer refunds for customers
2. Filing and scanning in documents
3. Verification of invoices
4. Job pack creation
5. Sending service history on to customers via email
6. Updating 1 link and approving 1 link bookings
7. Updating coopers
8. Ensure all service documentation is accurate and up-to-date
What We’re Looking For:
1. Team working
2. Offer help and support and has good team collaboration
3. High energy, enjoys working in a high pressured environment and is able to multi-task and switch between tasks with ease.
4. Confident telephone manner
5. CDK Drive experience is preferred but not essential
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
8. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
9. Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a service environment)
