Permanent Position in Havant.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am - 4:15pm, Friday 8am - 3pm (30-minute unpaid break daily)
Location: Onsite, with free parking and complimentary hot drinks
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned customer accounts, create export shipping documents, and arrange transportation
* Process sales orders from receipt to dispatch, maintaining procedures for specific customers
* Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
* Collaborate with manufacturing and purchasing to meet customer delivery requirements
* Inform management of any issues affecting customer service or expectations
* Maintain organized files and respond to telephone inquiries
* Release parts in the system, assign retail prices and lead times
* Handle customs paperwork such as EUR1, ATRs, and Country of Origin certifications
* Comply with company policies, including Health & Safety and disciplinary procedures
* Offer flexibility and work additional hours when needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in shipping, distribution, and leadership
* Background in the marine industry (OEM experience preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills, passion for achieving goals, and a team player
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to respond to inquiries within one business day
