Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £72,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm + on-call
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bedded children's residential care home in Rotherham. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £72,000, including bonuses and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the home and ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
2. Maintaining OFSTED registration and compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
3. Leading, managing, and developing a team of residential staff, including deputies, team leaders, and support workers.
4. Implementing and upholding company policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management.
5. Managing the home's budget and ensuring effective quality assurance measures are in place.
